This Privacy Policy describes how Reelora (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) handles your personal information when you use our AI‑powered image‑to‑video generation service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. By using Reelora, you consent to the policies outlined below.
Content you upload – You provide images (which may include faces) for video generation. These are used only to create the specific video you request.
Account details – Your email address and encrypted password when you register.
Purchase data – When you buy subscriptions or features, Google Play processes your payment. We only receive a confirmation of your purchase, not your card or bank details.
Device & app usage – Model, OS version, language, screen size, features used, session length, and number of generation requests.
Network & performance – IP address, network carrier, and CDN performance logs.
Identifiers – Advertising ID, Firebase installation ID, and Singular device ID (for attribution and analytics).
We integrate the following third‑party tools solely for analysis and service improvement:
Firebase – for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.
Singular – for marketing attribution and campaign measurement.
CDN – for fast video delivery; may log IP addresses for performance tuning.
All SDKs collect data in anonymised or aggregated form where possible.
Your information is used exclusively for:
Generating videos from your uploaded images using our own AI models (no external AI provider is involved).
Processing your in‑app purchases and managing subscriptions.
Analysing usage patterns to enhance app performance and user experience.
Attributing app installs and marketing campaigns (through Singular and Firebase).
Sending you service‑related notifications (e.g., generation completion).
Responding to your support inquiries or account requests.
Crucially:
Facial data from your images is processed temporarily and only to produce your video. It is never used for recognition, surveillance, or profiling.
We do not use your content or faces to train or refine our AI models.
We do not sell, lease, or trade your personal data or uploaded media with any third party.
Automatic deletion – All uploaded images and generated videos are stored for no more than 30 days. After that, they are permanently removed from our servers and backups.
Manual deletion – You can delete any of your uploaded content or generated videos at any time directly within the App’s history screen.
Account deletion – You have full control:
Go to Settings → Delete Account inside the App to erase your entire account and all associated data instantly.

Once your account is deleted, all your personal information, images, and videos are irreversibly wiped, except where we are legally required to retain certain logs (which do not include your user content).
We share minimal data only in these cases:
Service providers – Firebase, Singular, and our CDN provider receive limited, non‑identifiable data to perform their functions. They are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
Legal obligations – If required by law or a valid court order, we may disclose information to authorities, but we will notify you beforehand where possible.
Business changes – If Reelora is acquired or merged, your data will be transferred only if the new entity agrees to comply with this Privacy Policy.
We never share your actual images, face data, or generated videos with anyone outside of the above, except for the CDN delivery (which is technical and transient).
Depending on your country of residence (e.g., GDPR in Europe, CCPA in California), you may have additional rights:
Access – Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification – Correct any inaccurate information.
Deletion – Delete your account and data as described above.
Restriction – Limit processing in certain circumstances.
Portability – Receive your data in a structured, machine‑readable format.

Reelora is not designed for users under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor has registered, we will promptly delete their account and data. By using Reelora, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
All paid features and subscription plans are processed via Google Play Billing.
We receive only purchase status and subscription expiry information from Google. Your payment details are handled solely by Google, not by us.
You can cancel or manage your subscription through your Google Play account; refunds are subject to Google’s policies.
We employ strong security measures including:
TLS encryption for data in transit and AES‑256 encryption for stored data.
Strict access controls – only authorised personnel with a legitimate need can access user data.
Regular security audits of our infrastructure and codebase.
While we strive for absolute protection, no online system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and notify us of any suspicious activity.
Your data may be stored on servers located in different countries. We ensure that all transfers comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., using Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards). Regardless of location, your data remains subject to the protections described in this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in‑app notice or email. The updated version will always display a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
